Rates are quoted per person per night in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Rates are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the quoted rate if the required deposit is received on time.

Rates include accommodation and Wi-Fi. Meals, drinks, gratuities, personal purchases, and additional services or activities are excluded unless specified.

No alcoholic beverages may be brought onto the premises—our fully licensed bar is available for guest use.

Children of all ages are welcome under adult supervision, especially near water and wildlife.

 

By entering the property, guests accept all risks. The lodge accepts no liability for loss, damage, injury, or illness. Guests may be required to sign an indemnity form on arrival and are expected to follow all safety rules.

Photographs taken on the property may be used for marketing purposes unless guests request otherwise at check-in.

60 Days Prior to travel – 100% Refundable

59 – 30 Days Prior to arrival – 20% Cancellation Fee

30 Days Prior to arrival – 100% Cancellation fee

No refunds will be given for no-shows, early departures, or unused services. No refunds are offered due to road or weather-related access issues; alternate routes and ferry services may be arranged at guest cost.

Bookings are non-transferable and date-specific.
